Blueberry, Cheesecake stuffed French Toast
Blueberry, Cheesecake stuffed French Toast.
Make french toast like normal.
I used some cream cheese frosting (betty crocker or pillsbury) and spread it on the hot french toast and slapped the other on top of it. I then covered it with smuckers blueberry syrup and it was mmmm mmmm good!! Simple and tasty!
Try it you will love it. always add vanilla to your egg mixture for french toast it adds a wonderful smell and taste!
Where Brett goes to college

August 9 2011, Another hard day of school. He is working so hard but is so easily aggravated. We are working on couple specific letters that he can never remember which stops him from learning a word. ohh but he will get it he has all of them down but about 5 they just confuse him I guess.
August 8 2011 Today we did lots of school work, he is learning at his own pace. It is a little slower than other kids, but he’s not like other kids. He’s really good at certain things and then some things we are working on. For instance Numbers he can count to 10,000 by 10’s 100 and beyond normally counting, but when it comes to me saying whats this letter he just dont remember we are doing alot of the same work as last year but once he gets it, the worlds will be at his finger tips! He amazes me with numbers though he can add and subtract, count by 5’s and 10’s, 2’s are next. I keep records of all his work and its kinda neat cuz I got all his work, I get to keep it not a teacher who just tosses it after so long or lets the student take it home. Its different more special he makes me proud! I love that kid!!
