This crazy kid he insisted on doing surgery on my foot today. So I let him lol he drew some blood on top of my foot with a washable marker, then pretended to do surgery. He told me I needed foot deodorant LMAO I liked to died laughing. He kills me, he’s so funny and just randomly says things lol My little turd…..

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup milk
Mix all of the ingredients well with a mixer. It should be brown and smooth. Free of lumps. Bake at 315°F for 20 minutes. Cupcakes will turn out moist and delicious. Buttermilk or milk may be substituted for water. Melted butter may be substituted for oil
CHOCOLATE GANACHE Heat in double boiler stirring now and then until the mixture is smooth and velvety! I also added a whipped topping it was simple just some heavy whipping cream a teeny bit of vanilla and whip until almost soft peaks then add a little powder sugar and whip till thick like cool whip or whipped cream! |

Leo is such a good little helper. I setup the food processor and told him to put in half the graham crackers in to the processor, then some sugar and cocoa and to pulse till fine. He did all that, then I had him get the stick of butter that was missing about 2 tbsp’s already and to cut it in half to melt in microwave. In the mean time I’m heating milk, vanilla & peanut butter on stove. I put corn starch, sugar and egg yolks (i disgusted him separating them he couldnt understand why I would use my hands to do it lol) i whipped it up and then tempered the hot milk peanut butter mixture.
Leo was making pie crust now, I removed all sharp pieces from food processor and he put it in bowl and mixed butter and mixed well, he needed a little more butter so he grabbed other half what’s left. So far we have the pie almost together, I ran out of corn starch.

He started to build a play set, they are his favorite to build. He loves his lego’s and he watches videos on how to make things on youtube. He never ceases to amaze me. He still has some building to do but it was bed time so I told him the sun will come out tomorrow lmao he wasnt so happy about that, but he went to bed, as I’m bout to do myself now.
We went and spent a couple hours at my moms house. Leo enjoyed himself and was pretty good lol :)~ He likes to some times give me hard time at grannys house. He’s fast asleep now
Gonna try something with this cheese meal starter stuff, not sure what yet. I read the ingredients and it has chicken broth in it, so maybe a chicken dish of some sort.

I just had to post this picture because its to cute!! These are my boys Eric (daddy) & Leo (son). We had to cut Leos hair because he got head lice from his cousins. One of them things we dont normally get because we home school. However his Birthday Party brought these little nasty bugs. We got rid of them now though. He hates his hair and I love it! Uhhh ohhh lol
Geeze that background I hate not having enough cupboards lol I mean i have another shelf but I’m just to dang short lol so we had a entertainment center so why not and ya its cluttered up but hey you will find it all over there lmao you cant see all the pans in the bottom part well one side on bottom is all cans of food other side pans it works though………
