Chocolate Ganache (spelling)

September 18, 2011 by Little Leo's Mom Leave a Comment

Equal parts of heavy whipping cream and nestle toll house milk chocolate chips, in a home made double boiler. Metal bowl on pan of simmering water. put both in bowl and place on top of simmering water and let it sit for a few minutes to warm up then start to stir it. WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT ADD ANYTHING COLD TO IT!!! or it will cease up and get all messed up!! :)~ enjoy its tasty and simple. after all combined and looking like some hersheys syrup, I put bowl next in an ice bath for a few minutes to stir and cool be ready to remove if you keep it on to long it will get super thick! so just do it till you can put your finger straight in it and its cool!
